This Rumano Solano Double Bass is a nicely proportioned gamba shape with C-Extension. Each Solano is unique and handmade, this one is from 2005. Highly textured big leaf maple, medium-sized with wide ribs.
Nice round tone, comfortable to play with good fingerboard access. C-Extension with full ebony gates and rib bumpers. Rumano Solano is an active Virginia-based luthier and concert bassist.
