We've gotten some compelling used double basses in the shop this spring, a diverse bunch which all share a couple qualities. First off, they all have been played a lot. Call them workhorses, axes, gig-ready...these basses have been out making music since day one. There's something special about the resonant qualities of a well-played instrument.
