Pirastro Flexocor Deluxe Double Bass Strings are constructed of a flexible high-tensile rope core made from carbon steel which is wound with chrome steel. Suitable for solo performance or classical orchestral repertoire, these strings also have a natural sound that is great for pizzicato passages. Pirastro Flexocor Deluxe Double Bass Strings have a harmonious sound with long-lasting and full resonance. With a vast tonal range and quick response, they produce brilliantly clear or voluminously dark sounds with lightning speed: all with seemingly minimal effort. When it comes to intonation, Flexocor Deluxe Strings give the performer a sense of control and security. Flexocore Deluxe strings are long-lasting and are easily playable at all levels.
