German Style Double Bass Bow by Jens Paulus featuring ebony frog stamped with Paulus family crest. Beautiful Brazilwood stick with satin finish.

Description

This Jens Paulus Double Bass Bow is made of a lovely dark Brazilwood and is polished to a satin finish. The ebony frog is stamped with the Paulus family eagle crest and has a highly figured mother of pearl slide. The octagonal stick has a black leather wrap with a delicate silver wire winding. It is haired with high-quality white horse hair.

The Paulus family has roots in bow-making going back four generations in Germany. Each bow is handcrafted to the highest standards of perfection and artistic sensitivity.
