SOLD: Kay Double Bass Orchestra Model Serial No. 4587 Anno 1939

Description

This Kay Orchestra Model Double Bass came to us from its original owner
who purchased it in the early 1950s!! A solid instrument, complete with
a new bridge (with adjusters), this Kay double bass is pluggy and
thumpy, with a nice growl and even response under a bow. Includes two
bows, one French and one German, in fair condition (the German one
being original to the bass). Setup and ready for purchase in our Boston
showroom!
